Shipping & Delivery

Thanks to our trusted supplier network, we have orders shipped directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to save on inventory costs, packaging costs and transport costs so we can offer these products in our store for a fair price.

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping by ePacket! Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At Availableshelf, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with trusted suppliers from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after. 

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@availableshelf.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

By placing an order on Availableshelf, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Availableshelf. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Availableshelf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.

Duties and Taxes (if applicable):
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging if applicable the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Regulations and Restrictions (if applicable):
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
